Er studierte Klavier und Cembalo an der Universit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Musik und Darstellende Kunst Graz, Haydn-Konservatorium in Eisenstadt, Mahidol University, College of Music und an der Schola Cantorum Basiliensis. Au\u00dferdem arbeitete er bis 2023 als Betreuer f\u00fcr historische Tasteninstrumente. Zu seinen Lehrern z\u00e4hlen Chauwalida Kruasingha, Ralf Heiber, Jun Komatsu, Chung Lee, Manfred Tausch, Konstanze Rieckh, Eva Maria Pollerus, Jesper B\u00f8je Christensen und der renommierte Blockfl\u00f6tist und Cembalist Prof. Michael Hell in Graz, Basel und Eisenstadt, wo er seinen Bachelor-, Masterabschluss und seine Lehrbef\u00e4higung Klavier erwarb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Er hat als musikalischer Assistent, Korrepetitor, Organist und Cembalist an einen Vielzahl von <a href=\"https:\/\/kornrasetnarkmun.com\/index.php\/termine\/\">Projekten<\/a> im In- und Ausland mitgewirkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Im Jahr 2022 f\u00fchrte er zur Wiederentdeckung Alter Musik als musikalischer Leiter in der Marienkirche der Schmerzhaften Mutter in Graz das Oratorium &#8220;Debora&#8221; (1760) von Gregor Joseph Werner, dem Vorg\u00e4nger von Joseph Haydn in Eisenstadt, in originaler Besetzung auf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Im Jahr 2023 brachte er aus seiner Leidenschaft f\u00fcr die Entdeckung \u00f6sterreichischer Musik sein erstes Umwelt-Pasticcio (Singspiel) mit dem Titel &#8220;Waldbrand-Kantate&#8221; zur Auff\u00fchrung. Dieses Werk, das neu entdeckte Kompositionen von Albrechtsberger und dessen Zeitgenossen vereint, wurde im Rahmen der &#8220;Langen Nacht der Kirchen&#8221; in Graz und Klosterneuburg pr\u00e4sentiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Sein Interesse an der Wiederentdeckung \u00f6sterreichischer Musik spiegelt sich auch in seiner Masterarbeit, in der er sich mit der Orgelbegleitung und der ausgeschriebenen Generalbass-Aussetzung von Karl Zagitz besch\u00e4ftigte. Diese Forschung f\u00fchrte 2024 zu einer Konzertreihe im Eisenst\u00e4dter Dom, Grazer Marienkirche der Schmerzhaften Mutter und Weizer Taborkirche mit Werken aus der Esterh\u00e1zyschen Musikkapelle bis zu ihrer Aufl\u00f6sung im Jahr 1877.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Im August 2024 gab er sein Operndeb\u00fct in seiner Heimatstadt als musikalischer Leiter mit Bangkok Youth Opera.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-small-font-size\"><strong>Kornraset Narkmun<\/strong>, born in Bangkok, is a Thai harpsichordist who was raised in both Bangkok and Europe. He pursued his studies in piano and harpsichord at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz, the Haydn Conservatory in Eisenstadt, Mahidol University&#8217;s College of Music, and the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis. Until 2023, he has also served as a caretaker for historical keyboard instruments. His mentors include Chauwalida Kruasingha, Ralf Heiber, Chung Lee, Manfred Tausch, Konstanze Rieckh, Eva Maria Pollerus, Jesper B\u00f8je Christensen, and the distinguished recorder and harpsichord player Michael Hell, in Graz, Basel, and Eisenstadt, where he obtained his Bachelor&#8217;s and Master&#8217;s degrees, as well as his teaching certification in piano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-small-font-size\">Kornraset has worked extensively as a musical assistant, accompanist, organist, and harpsichordist on numerous projects both in his home country and abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-small-font-size\">In 2022, he took a pivotal role in the revival of early music as the musical director at Kirche der Schmerzhaften Mutter in Graz, where he conducted &#8220;Debora&#8221; (1760) by Gregor Joseph Werner, an early predecessor of Joseph Haydn in Eisenstadt, in its authentic ensemble setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-small-font-size\">In 2023, driven by his passion for uncovering Austrian music, he will debut his first environmental pasticcio, &#8220;Waldbrand Kantate,&#8221; which brings to light newly discovered compositions by Albrechtsberger and his contemporaries.
